Term and Conditions
General Requirements
1. Visa Credit:
o Required for luxury and sports cars.
o The full rentfor the period and insurance must be paid when collecting the
car from the airport or hotels.
How to Redeem the Cash Insurance?
1. Via Western Union Exchange Centre
2. IBAN Bank Transfer
o Note: The Visa Credit insurance will be refunded automatically after 25
days from the date of returning the car.
Additional Information
2. Salik System:
o A Salik card is available in the car.
o Fees are paid according to the vehicle’s passage over Salik gates (5 dirhams per
pass).
o Payment is made upon delivery.
3. Violations:
o In the event of violations while the car is with the renter, all violations will
be paid when the car is returned with the existing insurance until after
the customer travels.
4. Vehicle Insurance:
o Comprehensive with a deductible percentage.
o If the tenant is the at-fault party:
Must bring an accident report from the police.
Must pay the deductible percentage found in the vehicle insurance contract.
If damaged by another party:
Must bring an accident report only.
Meter:
o The meter is open for specific cars only. Please inquire for details
