Documents Required for Reservations and Rental Conditions
GCC Countries:
1. Driver’s License:
o Copy of the front and back.
2. ID Card:
o Copy of the front and back.
3. Flight Reservations:
o Required if the pick-up is from the airport.
4. Hotel Location:
o Required if the pick-up is from the hotel
Other Countries:
1. International Driver’s License:
o Copy required.
2. Passport:
o Copy required.
3. Insurance for Violations:
o Starts from 1,500 dirhams.
o Refundable after 25 days from the date of returning the car.
o Note: Violations in Dubai require 20 to 25 days to ensure no violations on the rented vehicle.
